Motivation, understanding and trust are crucial when you are 48 years old and starting training for the first time. Results do not come easily and quickly at this age, so the mentor’s support is vital. I like the holistic approach, which considers the entire lifestyle and not just individual elements such as training or nutrition. Since I often do not have time to think about what to eat during the day, it is especially convenient for me that Daro’s focus is not on what to eat but on how much. As for the training, it is perfectly adapted to my needs, abilities and daily routine. Three months later, this approach has been proven to work. The biggest surprise is that I actually like training, which is slowly becoming a part of my routine. All this couldn`t happen without mutual trust and honesty, which I sincerely value.
