Let me start with something that is not obvious at first sight. Working together remotely gives us more connectivity and togetherness compared to if we were in one and a same gym. Simple. Technologies allow us to stay connected and to workout at our convenience, staying in touch across borders and time-zones.


The mechanics is also very simple. Once you are one of us and you start working with me, you will get a username and password for login into the client section of my website. In the same e-mail where you get your login details, you receive a link to download my mobile app (available both for Apple and Android users). And there you have it all:

Privacy, Discretion and Safety

It is just between me and you. We work together. Not a single digit of personal data or details is shared. It stays safe and only you and I have access to it. This is one of the reasons why you do not see pictures of ”amazing transformations” in the testimonials from my clients. The people that entrusted me with the care for them do not end up on a banner promoting me.

Own space with tailored workout routine

I do not sell ready-made programs, everything is customized and individualized to match your needs, goals, current status, medical conditions, posture and body composition, previous experience in the gym, lifestyle, preferences, workload, free time, habits. In my experience there are no two people alike and if your previous trainer did not take into account all of the above, no wonder you did not like your routines and quit quickly. It is my deep belief that working out should be fun and you should enjoy all the exercises that you do. Gym is a place for fun and pleasant experiences, not for torture.

Foods and Drinks Diary

The app gives you free access to more than a million food items and once logged, it will calculate your macronutrients for each meal and will summarize it as total for the day. We use intuitive AI input algorithms and even when describing the meal, all components are automatically added in the diary.

Nutrition Guidelines


One of the main parts of my job is to nail your breakdown between protein/fats/carbohydrates and to set correctly your total daily energy intake (calories). Doing it depends on many factors like your age, current weight, level of activity, previous experience, goals, medical history, etc. Once we have your goal (yes, in the majority of the cases that is ”I want to lose fat”) and your total calories + nutrients’ split is ready, you get in your ”Coaching” section a detailed explanation of this. And you are also set with a daily reminder for how much you should eat during the day.

Video Lessons

Each movement in your workout routine comes with a detailed video and a description of the movement. When you are in the gym, you simply open the app and you have it right in front of you.

Guided Workouts


Each exercise comes also with the number of sets and range of repetitions you need to do. If there is a super-set of two or three consecutive exercises, the app will arrange them accordingly and you do not need to scroll through or remember or take a notebook with you. You just have to focus on the technique. And in order for us to stay connected, the app has built-in functionality to shoot and send me a video with the exercise so that I can give you the timely and proper feedback. Staying in touch, as I said.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Assessments

While working with me, you will gain a lot of knowledge, but the most important one is that weight is not everything and should never be the sole indicator of progress. That is why we do measure the weight daily, I am setting you a friendly reminder for that. And we do not stress ourselves if the digits vary day to day, we look at the weekly average – the main and most important indicator which clears the fog of daily fluctuations.

And because the weight is not the sole one, we do take tape measurements on a weekly basis (you guessed it, chest/waist/hip/thighs/biceps) And last, but not least, the monthly progress photos. That is the beauty of it, my favourite part of the assessments – taking a look at your progress and in 99% of the cases noticing the changes that you do not see. You are quite often surprised with your achievements, very pleasantly surprised.

One-on-One Communication


We keep in contact via the messaging module of the app and the website. And there we not only discuss your trainings/nutrition/activity, but we also chat about everything that may worry or disturb you or invites the need to consider an outsiders view. I have been around for quite some time now and I can be of help for a lot of things. If I cannot, I will tell you, I am wise enough to know what I know.

Bi-Weekly or Monthly Calls

Depending on the needs, we do have our feedback and planning phone calls and they happen at the time of your convenience on a day you choose. This gives us the opportunity to cover things and issues that we did not touch in the chat, you to ask all your questions and me to give you the answers. Or we can simply chat about current events if we feel like it.

Cleat Timeline

Honesty from the beginning – it will take us six months. That half a year is enough time to acquire and build new habits that will hold you for the rest of your life. The period is enough to pass to you all my knowledge about nutrition and how to take care of yourself from there on. It will be fun time, because you will learn what your body is capable of and you will surprise yourself with all that you will achieve and also believed it was impossible for you to do. But that was before. After six months with me, you will not only be a brand new person, but will be equipped with stamina, resilience, strength and most of all understanding.
