I’ve never been overweight, and I’ve always liked what I saw in the mirror.

In the past, weight was just a metric other people stressed about. I never had to think twice about what I ate – whether it was ice cream, a steak, or anything else. Food was just a normal part of life; some things I liked, some I didn’t. I honestly didn’t understand what people meant when they said, ‘I feel fat’ or ‘I’m bloated.’ I never carried enough weight to look unhealthy or feel truly uncomfortable in my own skin.

But over the last few years, things shifted, almost invisibly. Suddenly, my clothes started getting tight, and I found myself putting a scale in my bathroom – something I was never a fan of before I met Daro. Weight became a metric I could no longer control. My main excuse was that I was overworked and constantly traveling. Reactive snacking (for comfort, not out of actual hunger) became a permanent fixture in my daily routine.

Over time, I fell into a state of perpetual puffiness – that frustrating gray area where you aren’t exactly heavy, but you definitely aren’t lean either. I lifted weights daily, lived in a country where cycling is the primary mode of transport, and consistently cleared my daily step goals. Yet, the puffiness wouldn’t budge. In the mirror, I saw a woman who worked out hard but could no longer fit into the clothes she’d bought just a year ago.

And then Daro came into the picture.

I am a massive believer in having a coach. For everything. If you want to get somewhere someone else has already mastered, hiring them is the ultimate shortcut. Daro showed up at the exact right moment. For three months, we worked together to build a system that works for me long-term. The results were instant.

The most impressive part about working with Daro wasn’t just the physical transformation – though that came much faster than I expected. The real value was that he taught me to actually understand my body. He helped me differentiate between true biological hunger and emotional grazing just because the day happened to be chaotic.

He helped me build a simple, sustainable protocol that I can effortlessly stick to. Food has stopped being a battle of willpower; it has simply transitioned into a normal, automated part of my day.

Daro, a massive thank you for your time, your effort, and for being incredibly flexible in aligning your schedule with mine.
