All instructional videos inside the app are filmed with me naked. Every workout exercise and mobility movement is demonstrated by me, filmed nude, so posture, muscle activation, alignment and technique remain fully visible.

The Invisible Man

At some point after 40, something shifts.

You’re still intelligent. Still capable. Still driven.

But your body feels less responsive. And your posture changes. Does your energy dip earlier in the day.

You adjust your shirt more often. And avoid certain angles in the mirror. You undress quickly ... when there is undressing required.

Most of men I know call this 'aging'.

I call it gradual disengagement. And disengagement is a habit - not a destiny.

Built on Consistency

I did not change my body with extreme programs. I did not train for hours. I did not chase motivation.

I did not start regular routine till I was 47. I was not naturally fit. I built that body later in life. Before that - the chubby teenager in high school and the well-rounded man in the boardroom.

Then the revelation came.

I trained consistently. Two to three times per week. At home. With bands.

  • Not perfectly.
  • Not aggressively.
  • Consistently.

This program is not built for peak effort. It is built for sustainable repetition.

This program is built specifically for gay (bi, curious, others) men over 40 who:

Training naked is not about sexuality.

It is about clarity.

When you remove clothing:

There is nothing erotic in this space. Nudity here is functional, not performative.

Training naked is my form of rebellion against that weight. It is a return to radical honesty. When you strip away the tailored suits and the gym armor, there is nowhere left to hide your insecurities.

In this space, we don't just build muscle; we reclaim the right to be seen exactly as we are. Your body is your ultimate form of self-expression. Make sure it says exactly what you want it to say.

THE 90-DAY PROTOCOL

Required equipment:

  • Full resistance band set (light to heavy)

  • Anchor point (a door will be just fine)

  • Small training space

  • A mirror

That’s it.

No machines.
No gym.
No performance.

No competition with somebody else.

Just with your previous self.

WHAT CHANGES IN 90 DAYS

If you follow the structure consistently, you can expect:

  • 3–6 cm waist reduction

Is this sexual?
No. This program uses nudity as a tool for awareness — not for performance or provocation. There is no erotic framing, no explicit content, and no sexual interaction. You train naked to see alignment, muscle activation, posture, and progress clearly. Nothing more. Nothing hidden.
I’m over 40 and haven’t trained in years. Is this too advanced for me?
No. This program is built specifically for men over 40. You train at home, with resistance bands, at a controlled pace. There are no explosive movements, no heavy barbell lifts, and no extreme intensity. This is structured reconstruction — not punishment.
What if I don’t look like you?
You don’t need to look like me to begin. You need to begin to look like me. I didn’t look like this either — not at 40, not at 45. This body was built through consistent, progressive training. The program is designed for progression, not comparison.
Do I need to film myself?
No. You train privately. There are no required video submissions. No public groups. No exposure. Your training is your space.
Is my participation confidential?
Yes. Your membership and data are handled securely. The app is discreet. There is no public visibility of your participation. Your privacy is respected.
What equipment do I need?
Resistance bands, a door anchor, and enough floor space to move comfortably. No machines. No gym membership. No complicated setup.
How much time does it take?
Most sessions are 30–40 minutes. Consistency matters more than duration. Three to five sessions per week is enough when done properly.
What results can I expect in 90 days?
You can expect: Improved posture Increased muscle tone Better body awareness Stronger core and back Visible changes in waist and shoulders More importantly — you will feel more present in your body. This is identity reconstruction, not a crash transformation.
What happens after the 3 months?
You will have built a foundation of strength, mobility, and habit. From there, you can continue independently - or apply for deeper, personalized coaching if you want structured progression, nutrition, and direct guidance.
