Privacy, discretion, and safety
It’s just between you and me—we work together. No personal data or details are ever shared. Everything stays secure, with access limited to you and me. That’s why you won’t see “amazing transformation” photos in my client testimonials. The people who trust me with their journey don’t end up on a banner promoting me.
Nutrition guidelines
Once we define your goal, most often it's losing fat, we determine your total calorie intake and nutrient breakdown. Then you’ll get a detailed description in the ”Coaching” section of the app, along with a daily reminder of how much you should eat during the day.
Foods and drinks diary
The app gives you free access to over a million food items and, once logged, automatically calculates your macronutrients for each meal, summarising them for the day. With intuitive AI input algorithm, even when you describe a meal, all its components are added to your diary automatically.
Guided workouts
Each exercise includes the number of sets and the recommended repetition range. If a workout features a superset of two or three consecutive exercises, the app arranges them for you—no need to scroll, remember sequences, or carry a notebook. Your only focus is on technique. To keep us connected, the app also lets you record and send exercise videos for timely, personalised feedback. Staying in touch, just as I promised.
Video lessons
Each movement in your workout routine includes a detailed video and description. When you're in the gym, simply open the app, and everything you need is right in front of you.
Daily, weekly and monthly assessments
While working with me, you’ll gain a lot of knowledge, but the most important lesson is that weight is not everything and should never be your sole measure of progress. That’s why we track it daily—with a friendly reminder from me—but without stress over daily fluctuations. Instead, we focus on the weekly average, the most reliable indicator that cuts through the noise of everyday changes.
And since weight isn’t the only measure of progress, we also take weekly tape measurements of chest, waist, hips, thighs, and biceps.
Last but not least, we track monthly progress photos. This is the best part—my favourite assessment—because in 99% of cases, you’ll notice changes you hadn’t seen before. More often than not, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by your own achievements.
One-on-one communication
We stay in touch through the messaging module in the app and on the website. There, we don’t just discuss your training, nutrition, and activity—we also talk about anything on your mind, whether it’s concerns, challenges, or simply the need for an outside perspective. I’ve been around for a while, and I can offer support in many areas. And if I can’t, I’ll tell you—I’m wise enough to know what I know.
Bi-weekly or monthly calls
Depending on your needs, we schedule feedback and planning calls at a time that suits you. These calls give us the chance to discuss anything we may have missed in chat, answer your questions, and address any concerns. Or, if we feel like it, we can simply have a chat about life and current events.
