What do I need to get started?
All you will need is desire to change yourself, some gym clothes and a smartphone to install my app. You would also find useful to get yourself a scale (any type will work) and a tape measure. And that is it. The rest is up to me – nutrition guidelines, workouts, routine, reminders, assessments.
How are we going to communicate?
The best way is to use the messaging section of my app. Safe, discreet, secure. We can also use any messaging service that you prefer – FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram. We are also going to use phone calls for our regular updates.
What if I have physical limitations or a medical condition?
Once you sign up, there is a very detailed questionnaire for you to fill out. From there I am getting everything I need to get to know you better and adjust your mentorship accordingly. Just to give you an example, I have a client with one foot 8 cm shorter than the other after series of surgeries. He has his special workout routines and enjoys those very much, training in a regular gym together with all the others. I also have another client who is currently on antidepressants and is also taking care of his incapacitated sister, bed-ridden for years. We managed to find ways and spots in his daily agenda, so that he can become stronger and more confident. I used to have a perimenopausal University professor for a client and that, to be honest is a whole new universe of needs to be addressed.
Rest assured, if you have the will, I have the way.
What if I can't eat or don't like particular foods?
Much to your surprise, that is completely fine with me. There are no good or bad foods or nutrition choices, we are made differently and the human body is not a mathematical equation. The Food Diary section of the app has more than one million items and in the first week we will assess together your current nutrition habits and will act accordingly. I have a client in Malaysia and his food is 99% chicken and rice and another one that cannot stand the smell of chicken.
How soon after signing up do we start working together?
During the onboarding week we need to do some paperwork (consent form, initial assessments, initial photos, etc.) and as soon as all that is done your programme will be ready in 24 hours. We will agree if it will be a flexible one or with fixed training days and you will have it in your app, with a friendly reminder.
How soon will I start seeing positive changes and results?
It is highly individual and it will all depend on both of us. I will do all the talking, but you have to do all the walking. Regardless of what your current status is, the scales will start moving in the first half-month after the start. Visible changes in relief are usually appearing in the first month of training and proper nutrition.
When will I be charged after signing up?
Charging is delayed by seven days after you sign up. This is free of charge period. We will use the onboarding week to set everything up and to establish our way of working together. I am pretty flexible and will adjust to your schedule.
What is your refund policy?
If you decide to quit before the end of the program, you will be refunded for any unused time. Refunds typically take three to five business days to process. Since we do not store payment details, a valid IBAN will be required for the refund.
