Training is important, but nutrition is key. Apart from my other diplomas, I am a professional chef and I know how to design nutrition guidelines just for you. I am flexible and considering all the factors. No strict diets, no starving—just balanced, flexible nutrition that keeps you full, strong, and energised. You’ll eat well, feel great, and never go hungry, even when losing weight.

For most of my life ‘fit’ felt out of reach — until I decided to rewrite the script. Now I help others do the same, step by step. I realised my 70s would depend on my 50s, and it was time to take action. But it had to be systematic, sustainable, reasonable—and, most importantly, fun.
