I help people to achieve and keep their dream body by training with them remotely (in the gym or at home), by coaching them how and what to eat and by providing constant support. First visible results in three months, new habits and new life in six months, knowledge and skills for life.

Training is important, but nutrition is key. Apart from my other diplomas, I am a professional chef and I know how to design nutrition guidelines just for you. I am flexible and considering all the factors. No strict diets, no starving—just balanced, flexible nutrition that keeps you full, strong, and energised. You’ll eat well, feel great, and never go hungry, even when losing weight.

It's Never Too Late to Start

As strange as it may seem, looking at all the pictures on this site, I was never fit, lean, or muscular—until I turned 48. That’s when I realised my 70s would depend on my 50s, and it was time to take action. But it had to be systematic, sustainable, reasonable—and, most importantly, fun.
I know how to make this happen for you too. And YES, it will be fun all the way!
