I’ve known Darin since back when he was making the most awesome banitzas (traditional cheese pastries). And I know that when he sets his mind to something, he does it right. Even though sports really aren’t my thing and I’m still mourning those banitzas, I decided to trust him this time, too.
At first, I only did the exercises every now and then, fully convinced that I would never turn into a “fitness person.” Gradually, I got used to doing them regularly. As a serious skeptic, I double-checked every single exercise and read up on all the information. I really loved that everything is actually so intelligently designed and well thought out. That is what won me over.
The app is super convenient and easy to use. I never in a million years expected to be working out 4 times a week, almost without whining, but it happened. The results are visible – no flight of stairs scares me anymore, and muscles have started popping up in the most unexpected places.
